We’re a boutique matchmaking company looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat woman to join our remote team as a Remote Scheduler (Consultation Coordinator). You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our staff, keeping communication clear and calendars flowing.
This position is from home, done over the phone/computer only. No cold-calling - we only reach out to people who have asked for more information - and no selling. We're seeking someone who is available to start training and working immediately!

What the Role Involves:
Scheduling (and rescheduling) calls for our matchmaking team
Sending Confirmations for appointments, and managing calendars via our CRM
Communicating by phone, text, and email with Leads - and via Microsoft Teams with Staff - throughout the day
Working Monday–Friday with flexible, open availability
Screening and inputting new Leads each afternoon
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication
Urgency to reach out to and respond to Leads to get them scheduled
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable internet, smartphone, and computer
Microsoft 365 (or willingness to get it)
You'll need a quiet place to make calls during the day.
You'll need to be self-motivated, and have a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
